Participation Guidelines
- Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Team Formation: Teams must consist of 3 students, preferably from different disciplines (interdisciplinary teams encouraged).
- Each team should be guided by 1 faculty mentor (can be in-person or online).
- Registration must be completed through the official EduAIthon portal.
Required Submissions
These documents are required during the online registration process. Ensure clarity and conciseness in your proposal.
- Team Details: Team name, institution, and member details
- Idea Outline: Title of the chosen course and specific chapter/module.
- Problem Statement: A brief (100-word) concept note on the learning problem.

- Empowering Self-Learning through AI: Building Personalized Learning Tools for Higher Education” This unique hackathon invites faculty–student teams from higher-education institutions across India to design and prototype AI-enabled self-learning modules that help students learn specific chapters of a course independently. Teams will leverage freely available AI tools to create innovative, adaptive, and engaging learning experiences.

Your 3-Step Registration Guide
Assemble Your Team
Form a team of 3 students. Select a faculty mentor and decide on your team's name and primary contact. Remember, interdisciplinary teams often yield the most innovative results!
Submit Idea & Register
Complete the online form with all team member and mentor details. This includes uploading your initial Problem Statement and the detailed Idea Outline required for evaluation.
Receive Confirmation
The designated team lead will receive a final confirmation email containing project guidelines, links to collaboration resources, and the event schedule.
